They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. my boxer has problems and dr. owens is the very caring. I left one clinic because i had heard this practice was great and dr owens treats my dog as if it was his own.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
