Not Frank Anderson but a different one, young guy, he knows what he's doing... and gives great service.. However i called today, for brother inlaws kitten. The lady on the other end was very rude, and unknowlegable about the situation. And said to call back when tthere's actual openings. I think my family and i will think twice about finding a different vVeternarian.
