I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of services provided to me from the staff and Drs. I recently transplanted to a very small town East of Milan from California to take care of my Mother. This Animal Hospital provides service that I am experiencing for the first time in my (and my animals) lives! I highly recommend them!

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
