The counseling was good, but the receptionist was extremely rude and apparently bad at doing her job. I have insurance, but she refused to bill my insurance for covered services. Yes, my insurance would cover counseling services. They have sent me to collections even though I have insurance. I called multiple times to ask why they didn't bill the insurance and each time got no answer. I paid co-pays each time. They didn't even apply the co-pays to the bill. Several members of my family have been here and also had the same issues with them billing their insurance companies. It was always a bill for the full amount. I will never recommend these services to anyone and all my family members feel the same. Horrible service from the receptionist.
