Smash Hit Kickboxing Club

Smash Hit classes are designed to bring you the best of cardio fitness and body sculpting while learning top self-defense and martial arts technique. Even if you’ve never thrown a punch before,
you’ll feel like a pro on your own heavy bag to the beat of uplifting music with your coach calling the shots!

One hour work-out includes choreographed aerobic warm-up, heavy bag and floor instruction, followed by Tai Chi cool down, abdominal/core strengthening, and final stretch.

Overall Excellent

The real deal! I've been looking for a real kickboxing gym for the last 3 years, coming from some great MMA gyms in Las Vegas (Fight Club) and Orange County (LA Boxing), and have not found anything like Smash Hit. This is not an aerobics class you'd take at the local chain gym. This is real kickboxing, in which you learn offense, defense, and proper technique. It's for anyone who has an interest in having fun, getting into shape, and LEARNING something! It's so motivating. Everyone there is so welcoming, you need not worry if you've never put on a pair of gloves in your life, and they cater to all skill levels. And once you get going, you can move up their ranks. Did I mention how motivating it is????!!! See you there!

This is the real deal! You come into this room and immediately you know you are going to get a great workout. Ken is an amazing instructor who is able to make the newcomers feel comfortable while still keeping the more advanced challenged. There is no intimidation-only a welcome to those who want to work out. I love my workout here and always walk out looking forward to my next class.

am sooooo glad my friend introduced me to Smash Hit Kickboxing Club!!!! I am investing in getting fit, learning real self-defense techniques and having a ton of fun doing it! I had a hard time finding a fitness routine that would keep me engaged but Ken and his classes have changed that. I love coming to class, I feel motivated by the encouragement I get and by the results I am seeing . I recommend you come check it out! You will LOVE it!

Services Smash Hit Kickboxing

Warm up by practicing dozens of blocks, strikes, through choreographed sequences. Next, using gloves and wraps, punches and kicks are focused on contact with your own heavy bag. Uplifting music with your coach calling the shots to keep you motivated. Focus is on proper technique, spacing, and footwork, as you learn to channel power from your core with a balanced stance. Trainers use pre-designed drills teaching good footwork, balance, and a sense of spacing in order to develop proper heavy bag technique- maximizing speed, power, and accuracy. Our equipment is of the highest quality available in the U.S., and once you hit one of our 6 foot, 135 pound heavy bags you’re guaranteed to bust stress and buff your body quickly. Cool down with core work using MMA floor conditioning drills from shell guard positions.



Sweat Box

Lead by Linda, a seasoned kickboxing industry favorite, motivates beginners to advanced through a nonstop kickboxing workout guaranteed to make you sweat. If you get out of bed for this workout, your rest and vigor will be better for the week ahead. Come and enjoy real kickboxing moves with cross training elements to tone and strengthen all muscle groups.

The Adrenaline Rush Kickboxing class is a 60 minute cardio blitz designed to get people of various fitness levels a great workout. This class utilizes components of kickboxing drills, crossfit workouts, and basic callisthenic conditioning. Partner Drills/Buddy boxing

Action packed class. Karl starts you off with boxing’s “Old School” style warm ups, drilling the basics on the heavy bag, and shadow boxing. Next, several “round robins”- you get to use what you know, with light sparring with Karl's practice drils.. Beginners to advanced can participate.

If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Their prices were fair. The level of care you get for the price is good.
