I drive about an hour to have my dogs seen at Bay Veterinary Clinic. Dr Sue was recommended to me when I was moving back up here even though she was a little ways away from where I was going to live. I brought my dog in on a visit getting things set up and she took the time to get to know my dog and her medical issues especially with her anxiety. One of my dogs meds she was put on from my old vet for her poo issues Dr. Sue doesn't carry but orders for me whenever I need it even though thats not something she has to do. They go above and beyond to make my dogs feel safe and loved which is important because both have issues from past abuse.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
