As far as technical skill goes, this vet is great. But if he doesn't like you personally, while he'll treat your pet great, you'll pay more - likes my wife; doesn't like me. She picks up meds and always pays a lower price than if I do. Staff is condescending and surly. Wants you to buy your med there rather than online. Won't give approval to online pet pharmacy forcing you to pick up meds and if pressed a written script. Whether you have an appointment or not, plan to be there over an hour - even if you are just picking up meds. Big and growing practice needs more than one vet.
Do not kennel there - dog traumatized and brought to me covered in urine and shaking - after one night there!

Dr. James Keller is an expert reptile vet who has treated my bearded dragons since I became a reptile keeper in 2011. The office and exam rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I have never been put on hold, or had to listen to tacky music. I have called for issues and been seen the same day. Dr Keller answers all my questions and I would never dream of taking my reptiles anywhere else.
