The Dental Dept. at the Health Dept. in Lecanto has changed! Before the office staff was unhelpful and unpleasant to deal with. Now it is like night and day. They were kind, helpful and went out of there way for us. We would dread coming there, not because of dental work that needed to be done but by the way we were treated. Dotti, Denise, Missy and Dr. Graham were professional and kind. Please keep this wonderful staff! The other people missing, were NOT missed!

I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
