Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I wasn't able to get a single one of my questions answered the entire time I was there. I ended up leaving even more confused and frustrated. It was fairly easy to find my way there. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to help me in any way that would inconvenience them. I have to get my bi pap supplies here because of a contract I have with them and Medicare and they could care less about getting me supplies that best suit me and help me. This is the worst place ever. When I do get new supplies it takes weeks or even months of bugging them. DO NOT GET STUCK getting your supplies here.
