I came to Spokane for a 3 night trip. Got ready for bed the first night and realized I had forgotten the power cord for my C-PAP. I panicked, but called Apria the next day. They said, "I don't think we have that, you need to call Preferred Medical. I felt a bit dumped by Apria since the Redmond Apria has always been helpful. Well they dumped me into great hands with Preferred Medical! When I called the said, "Oh yes, we have a power cord for you". I asked what it would cost? They said they would just give it to me! WOW! My weekend is saved. I wish they were close to where I live!!! P.S. The receptionist Karen was Awesome!
