I called the office to set up a time I could pick up an order for my sick mom, and was informed they would have everything delivered right to my house. They made the process so easy for me. They got the prescriptions needed and I received her products within a few days of first contact. They even billed my insurance company. It was easier than going to the pharmacy every month for my order. I really felt like they cared about my Mom and her needs. Awesome Company. I don't understand the other reviews.

Individual (DC) I am guardian for was in need of supplies, customer service representative was very responsive and polite. Shre resolved the issue quickly and was able to review future orders to prevent issues. A very pleasant experience

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
