There was a staff turnover awhile ago. The old staff Patty and Della were very knowledgeable. They were proactive in making getting supplies easy and quick. They really understood insurance. The new staff is not knowledgeable and when they don't know the answer to something, rather than saying I don't know, they just say something, anything. Which is almost but not always not correct. I feel like that is lying. I hate going here but I am old and very unknowledgeable about insurance and where would be a good alternative provider. So I just suffer with it. If I could find another place to go I would.

Up until a year ago I would have given them five stars. They used to be great to work with. Then there was a staff turnover. The new staff is not knowledgeable. They make tons of mistakes. I would make allowances for new staff but instead of being honest about the mistakes when confronted they are dishonest and try to pull the wool over your eyes, thinking you won't understand that you aren't getting what you are supposed to. The resupply process for CPAP supplies is all messed up, requiring you to have to make multiple trips becuase of their mistakes. This hasn't happened just once but at every resupply trip. For over a year their phone message says we are supposed to excuse poor service due to short staff and a new computer system. How long does it take to get accustomed to a new computer system? I don't accept the short staff excuse when a mistake is made that staff cannot explain and it is clear they posture and dissemble about it. There always seems to be alot more people around the office then there used to be, yet the service is terrible.
