I've been other acupuncture clinics that left me unattended for quite awhile in the appointment room, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They never have that typical, irritating waiting room music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and adds to the atmosphere. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other clinics I have been to.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave happy with their visit each and every time. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals when they don't have an answer for me. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interests in mind. I couldn't believe how much of a difference my appointment with them made. When I left I felt the best I ever have.
