One word: horrible. I wish I could give zero stars. I got Senegalese twists three weeks ago. I brought my own hair and I had more than enough hair. They only used five packs and they made the parts so big my hair was bigger than the hair. Hair was sticking out of every twist and not small amounts. Instead of taking them out and twisting them correctly they CUT my hair out of the twists and hair was STILL STICKING OUT. I have gotten these twists before, so I know they are supposed to use jam. The lady used grease and spritz. Something told me it was wrong but I let them finish anyway. I had been up in the hospital the entire night before so I kept falling asleep and the two who braided my hair kept snatching my head and one bopped me on top of my head. When they we're done she tried to accuse me of not paying because the one in charge had taken the money off the Booth before she could. When I got home and saw my hair I was so upset. My work and school schedule didn't allow me to come back the next day so I came back a few days later. The lady that was there told me to come back because she didn't do my hair (which was a lie; she was the one snatching my head). Once again, unable to return the next day, I came back a few days later. The lady in charge immediately got nasty with me and told me that my hair was unraveling because I washed it. I told her I didn't wash it. They began talking about me in French saying I washed my hair and saying nasty things about me (not knowing I understood them). Needless to say the attempt to fix it was unsuccessful. This time I went back and asked for the name of the shop owner and if they were licensed braiders. The lady in charge asked why and I showed her my hair. She laughed and said it was nothing she could do. They Jack your hair up because they cannot braid and are far from professional. I could have got a better job in someone's kitchen. I doubt they are even legally in the states. I had to call the police to get the name if the shop owner. Never ever again. Everyone I told said they never go there because they don't braid good. I wish I had known because that was an expensive lesson learned. Do NOT GO THERE!!! My braids are three weeks old. I wish I could post a picture... just take heed or you will be disappointed as well.

I took my daughter to get her hair braided. There were two braiders in the shop. One braider was fast and friendly but had to tend to children so wasn't doing a lot of the braiding. The other lady is the worse!! I have never met a hair stylist who was as unprofessional and rude. She has absolutely no personality and she works extremely slow. To top it off, when she finished my daughter Seneglease, she took a lighter from the root of each braid down to the very bottom - I'm concerned that she was burning her natural hair- they used very cheap synthetic hair!! I asked about the lighter and she said it was fine...I hope so or I may have to sue!! We've had this style done before many times at another shop and never experienced this (our normal stylist at the other shop was out of the country and we were desperate!!) A couple of the braids are cut up and look as if they are going to unravel - it's been one day!!! My daughter's hair is so tight, and she braided her fine baby hairs as tight as she could- her scalp is pulling - she is in so much pain- taking Motrin, using an Ice pack - WOW!!! PLEASE NEVER EVER VISIT THIS SALON!!! THE WORSE!!
