I went here with my sister to get a haircut. First of all, we sat there for two and a half hours before either of us were able to get what we needed done. They were severely understaffed with a single person working. In those two and a half hours, I uncomfortably sat there as the stylist gossiped with the two woman she was working on before us about the people in our town. Once it was finally my turn to get my haircut, she didn't ask me if I wanted my hair washed or just sprayed like she did my sister. She just sprayed it. I have extremely thick hair so this took ten minutes and she had to refill the bottle so often she might as well have just washed it. I ask her to take three inches off. Instead, she decides to take half an inch off and style it which I neither asked for nor appreciated. The entire experience was frustrating and I refuse to go back. What's the point of going if she's not going to listen to what I want and do whatever she wants instead?
