They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how they behaved. Several employees walked by me and ignored me. No one offered to check with my stylist or find out what was keeping her. Vicky came out after I had been waiting for 15 minutes. She actively ignored me as she finished with her clients. As soon as they left, she asked someone to order her lunch and devoted her attention to the lunch order. It was more important to her that her bacon not be too crispy than a client be greeted professionally. She continued to ignore me. After waiting for twenty minutes I walked over to her. She acted surprised as though she had not seen me sitting there. That was the last straw for me. Had she behaved professionally at that moment, I would have reconsidered leaving. I had been looking forward to my afternoon, but I left disappointed. Vicky's behavior was unprofessional and rude. I do not have a problem waiting if the stylist is running late as long as I am greeted and the situation is explained.
Do not go to this salon if you want to have a positive experience.

I was a first time customer and visited the salon because of the great coupon. The atmosphere is nice, it was very busy when I went in.
I had a FABULOUS massage from Daniel and I will definately go back. Thinking I may try the facial...
