This facility allows 20 year old men to pummel multiple elderly bedbound patients-including small, frail women-with dementia who lie on blood soaked sheets for days. The staff thinks it’s amusing. They only got caught because the thug recorded the videos of the beatings while laughing and someone turned it in—weeks later. Staff and director should be arrested and the dump should be razed to the ground.

I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to.
