When my parent was there they placed her in a room with a lady who kept taking her clothes off. They weren't willing to move her even though there were young children visiting my mother. Then mom had a problem. The stupid nurse called me at 5 am. I told her to call an ambulance. I didn't get there until almost 7 am and did not expect my mom to still be there, I just wanted to verifiy what had happened before I went to the hospital. Imagine my surprise when I found my mom still in her room, the ambulance had just been called. The EMT asked me why they had waited so long to call. I was unable to answer that because I had the same question. When I attempted to talk to management about the situation, I was informed the 'nurse' (and I use the term loosely) had personal problems so I should cut her some slack. My mom died shortly thereafter. I have wondered how much it has to due with the unnecessary delay of treatment.
