Horrible!!! Horrible!!! place !!!! please please do not put your beloved love ones in this HELL!!!! Our parents, grandparents have giving us so much they do not deserve this type of careless unhuman staff, whatever the heck they call themselves (Nurses) When You become a Nurse you make a Pledge!!! To take care and respect LIFE.......I guess they forgot!!!! These staff don't care, perfumes that belong to my grandmother dissapeared, wipes, clothes slippers, this is nothing compare to not giving the O2 to my Dear Grandmother.not feeding her the proper food.My grandmother's O2 needed to be measured and these people could not find the pulse oximetry..... they never found it, my grandmother had labored breathing and I had to tell them to put the O2 at 3L/Min, my Grandmother fell 3 times these is just a few incidents the list goes on. Please I beg you, DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVE ONES in this hel!!! I giving 1 star because they do have a roof over the patients.

No baby wipes of any kind are used in this facility, instead stained white towels are used or rly thin toilet paper, which is not ideal for older people's bottoms. I understand that everyone is trying to meep costs down my budgeting and eliminating certain things, but really baby wipes is NOT where they should start. We bought my grandma her very own Costco adult baby wipes, upsetting part is that because these nurses are lazy and obviously dont like using towels on lets say bed-ridden patients that have done #2 they started using my grandma's wipes on other patients!!!!. Also my grandmothers very nice wheelchair was lost bc they "wash them all together once a month" and just handout diff wheelchairs to anyone, despite the fact that certain wheelchairs have owners!!! This facility is pathetic. There is obviously no genuine care for patients and this resonates throughout facility, from receptionists, cnas, rnas, their "supervisors" and even the doctors.
