If you want your family member dead send them here! I put a star there to get it to accept my comment but it won't remove. Actually this place is NEGATIVE stars. Not only did my Mother receive terrible care (a patient following a nurse handing out meds!) but she died in their LACK of care. I am NOT ALONE! Every time I warn people about this place I hear of a horror story about their family member going to this horrible place in average condition for rehab & coming out permanently damaged or DEAD! INCLUDING a police officer whose Parents were there before it was too late to save one of them. PLEASE be warned. NOTHING good comes from this place & they DON'T CARE!! I told them about the patient giving out meds & they said she had done it before!!

Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. My Mother arrived for some P/T & was almost over her pneumonia. Do to their neglect she left in a body bag, the day she was to be released! They knew there were problems, I brought them up to the nurses, staff management & the head of the center! One of the patients was handing out pills (following the nurse). Disgraceful! If you love your family member DO NOT send them here!
