This place is horrific & the staff there are a nightmare worst then your worst nightmare my father in law was they & they tortured him until he finally lost his fight against the damage they cause him & as far as I’m concerned they killed him. They left him in bed for days in soiled clothes we scream to the roof tops to get him out of this place that we had no choice on him going there & if killing him wasn’t bad enough this facility tries to over charge you for time the resant isn’t even there & for medical care they don’t even have them & when you know something is wrong with your loved one the staff tells you your crazy you don’t know what your talking about this not only should this place be shut down because it’s in deplorable conditions & the staff just abuse the patients & steal there belongs on a daily basis we had to rebuy his cloths repeatedly because they came up missing & his cell phone had to be replaced 3 times because it grew legs & walked away they feel that they should be paid for killing you loved ones if your reading this & you still have a choice on where your loved one can go run as far away as you can from this place because if you leave them here they will be dead within a few months ounce they are there no one will let you move them because they will exhaust there insurance before you realize it it will be to late no one will take them ounce they do not have anymore insurance coverage I wouldn’t even send my stuff toys to this place ever again let alone a human bean I hope this helps save at least 1 person’s life being ended by neglect & abuse in hopes that someday we can get this place shut down for good & these staff people held accountable for basically killing the resants there

The worst nursing home in WNY by far, its dirty, the staff is horrid with the exception of a few good people, The staff is never around and my loved one has suffered abuse in this home and neglect, Left in soiled pants for 3 or more days, Broken beds, floors all stick to your feet, Disrespect towards patients and family from the staff, taking away food from patients before they have finished, No staff present ( Normally gossiping in some break room or even on another floor), Send your elderly family here if you want them to become zombies with less rights than a terrorist. I have the Video and pictures to prove it and am getting my loved one out of this hell hole asap and taking legal action as well as contacting the board of health. Pitiful
