My father was bedridden when he arrived from the hospital. He was checked for bed sores and none were found. He came with an order for antibiotics. The physician on call for the nursing home failed to visit due to holidays on her usual schedule. She refused to prescribe any further antibiotics although he continually ran a fever. They gave him tylenol to bring down the fever instead. We visited him every day during his 3 1/2 weeks there and continually requested a prescription for antibiotics for his infections. None were prescribed and no doctor visited him regularly. We received a phone call one morning that the nurse practitioner had found him unresponsive in his bed and we had him transported to the hospital. The medics said they didn't think he would live long enough to get there. He arrived and was given massive doses of powerful antibiotics and was suffering from multiple bed sores. All this after 3 1/2 weeks in the care of Robin Run. He died from sepsis as a result. So, would I recommend Robin Run? NOT ON YOUR LIFE!!!!! Go anywhere else with your loved ones, not here.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter
