They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
