It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The office was easy enough to find. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
