Staff is rude supervisors unprofessional no system for logging and tracking personal belongs patient left in wheel chair in gown till 1:00 pm not dressed not shaved hair not combed Staff walks away from visitors a d does not a swear questions family members address concerns and supervising nurses admonish family members over the phone. Was told staff does not what to talk to you
Well perhaps I will have my attorney call them instead this place is a disgrace a nd staff needs customer service classes. Should be shut down .

This place is the most horrible place as far as care. They let the residents sit in a dirty diaper all day and you have to beg them to change your loved one. They are too lazy to even turn on the lights and open the blinds in the morning. They only give them a shower once a week. I actually had to put a sign on the door asking it be left open after they put a sign on the door to always keep it closed. They basically wanted to keep my loved one behind closed doors so they could just forget about them. They give no care to the residents whatsoever. Horrible Horrible place.
