If I could give less of a rating I would. I had a family member there and they completely ignored her needs. She got progressively worse and we had to transfer her to a different section. Her assessment put her in the wrong part!!! We had to tell them she wasn't able to participate in the daily activities due to her terminal illness. They never seemed able to answer questions about her meds and on multiple occasions forgot to even give them to her!!!! It was the most ridiculous "care" facility I've been to. They get paid enough money to pay attention to their patients far better than they due...have also heard from close friends of them injuring patients by accident and not telling the family. Would never leave my loved one there.
