My mom has been a patient at Alden Terrace for a couple of years, she is an dementia patient. She has gotten kind and caring help from an attentive staff. The building itself is not the nicest place in the city but I believe she could not be getting better care anywhere else. Honestly how much of that does my mom notice? The staff is helpful to me and always reaches out if something is up with my mom. We have regular meetings and they listen to what I have to say and explain everything very clearly. For my mom Alden Terrace is the perfect place to be for her at this time in her life.
I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.
