My experience was terrible. This doctor and his staff seem to have a communication problem. He did not see me before the surgery, he did not see me after the surgery. I called the next day after my surgery when I was in pain, and he wasn't available. The receptionist said she would leave a message for the nurse, and the nurse would call me back 24-48 hours later. I said that wasn't acceptable and raised my voice stating I had surgery the day before, and I was in pain and needed answers to my questions. Then she said oh, well that was the standard message she has to give all patients, but since I had surgery, they would call back sooner. I told her then, they should change their message. Then at my post op visit to remove a stent, the doctor did the procedure, told me that because I got upset with him not seeing me before or after surgery and being unavailable the day after surgery and getting upset with his staff, that I should find another Urologist. He attempted to explain doctors don't see their patients before or after surgery, and when I told him that with everyone I told this situation to, that their doctor did see them, either before, or after, and some that even called on the patient the next day, he just gave me a blank stare. He didn't even follow up with advice/consultation regarding some post visit urine samples he had mentioned that should be collected for tests, or what to watch out for after the procedure or about medicine I should take. He then stood up, and tried to shake my hand, which I wouldn't allow him to do, and I got up and left.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Almost as soon as I entered the appointment room, they came in to see me right away. I liked that I wasn't left waiting in there long. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
