This surgeon left a staple in my friends back!!!!!!He was removing a tumor from his spine and left behind a staple. Thirteen years later he found this out. Do not go to this doctor, he leaves behind items!!!!

It took 4 times in 1 week for the office to get the Myelogram Orders for me to complete it. Then My testing was completed and reviewed by Dr. John Berry but no one follow up with his recommendation notes. When I tried to get the nurse to find out what I needed to do, she passed the buck to someone else.

The staff states they always overbooked and they wanted to schedule an appointment for Myleogram results from July 2015 in September 2015. They do not care what shape the patient is in nor do they care if forms are completed correctly. I've been off from work over a month with no end to my health issues. OMG!! My employer required FMLA forms were inaccurately and incompletely completed therefore my leave was denied. I was told Dr. Berry has more than me as a patient while I'm still in pain without an end. I've been seeing Dr. Berry over 3 month and him referring me to another neurosurgeon for second opinion. The second opinion scared me because he acted as if he couldn't diagnose the issue. Still in severe pain no one caring about the quality of life of patient.
Now I'm willing to start over with any associate he works with to get healthcare assistant. I would not advised anyone to use this doctor especially if you need to interact with staff. Every other month there are new employers so start over building a rapport with them.
