My husband was in severe pain at the sight of his 7 year old dental implants that were done by a dentist who retired 4 years ago. I called requesting help from one of the dental surgeons at West TX . Judy was very empathetic and said she would consult with Dr Barrett and call me back because she knew he had a few openings today.
An Unidentified female employee called back to tell me the doctors did not see anyone who they had not done surgery on. I asked her what we were to do. She was not helpful at all. She was arrogant and extremely rude in telling me that my husband’s implants were not done by a dental surgeon and that her doctors did not take referrals from our current dentist. I asked for her name and she hung up with no response. My son who came from the same dentist was seen by Dr Barrett. That is why we called this office. I was in shock. We have been in medical practice since 1980,and always helped someone with severe emergency. These dental surgeons may be excellent practitioners. I have heard from other sources the reception employees are very unfriendly. I have to agree of course , except for Judy.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Yes, it was downright irritating!
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
