This is the worst clinic I've ever been to. The doctor didn't even wash his hands, examined me without gloves on. The staff (which consists of two ladies) is very rude and unprofessional. I was referred to them for my wisdom teeth removal, and they were supposed to send papers and x-rays out to my insurance for prior authorization. I called them several times to find out what's going on, not once did I ever get a call back. They failed to send the x-rays out first time, so the prior got denied, I demanded they send them out, and they said they did. Couple days later I get a second denial because the insurance never got the x-rays. The lady form this clinic actually YELLED at me, that they do this 25 times a day, and it's all insurance's fault, not theirs! Well good thing this all went down, because I can't even imagine what would've happened while in surgery under anesthesia, not knowing what's happening. Don't go there, save yourself money, health and nerves!

I called to make an appointment, gave all my insurance info ahead of time to be sure they'd accept it. I have a disabled son, and he has MA along with private insurance. The appointment was a for a preauthorization for molar extractions. Upon the appointment, they assumed the private medical insurance (which would cover sedation) was state insurance and tried to convince me they told me on the phone they didn't accept it. After 10 minutes they realized it was private insurance and oh suuure, they do accept it. My son needed x-rays for these molars however the dental insurance would not cover it since he had them within 5 years but were too old to see these molars. MA would cover that fee but they needed a denial first from the private insurance. They had a difficult time with this, and charge $175 for pana x-rays which is far more expensive than the previous oral surgeon we seen the week before and our own dentist by $50. They had told me my insurnce wouldn't cover the x-rays, which I already knew they wouldn't, and I again told them MA needs the deial before they will pay. She actually rolled her eyes at me. I thought then they were calling MA, I was wrong. Instead of looking at the paperwork I filled out to see my husband carried the insurance, they assumed it was me. Instead of looking at the dental card they had of ours, they assumed it was Delta Dental of MN when it's Delta Dental from MI, and had me on the phone with the MN office trying to locate us and eventually me and Delta Dental realized this office called the wrong number. I would never recommend this office for any dental work. They're unaware of how insurance works, and attempt to get you to pay out of pocket when it's their own inexperience and negligence and unprofessionalism that is in error and all the while they did this in front of my child. And on top of all of that, the dentist disregarded what our dentist had referred us for (extractions of 2 back molars) and instead wanted to extract 2 wisdom teeth that weren't even exposed.
