Please, please avoid this dentist at all costs. I have been a patient for about 4 years and have several issues with their billing practices. They purposefully do not share information with you about the service they perform and don't do pre determinations with your insurance so they can up charge for the service. I have only had one other cavity in my life so I don't know anything really about fillings (that there are two different types). The office never explained to me before the filling service that some insurances don't pay for a "resin composite" filling. I went and had the fillings done then received a bill for over 100 dollars when I had already paid $100 out of pocket for the service. When I called to inquire why I was being charged they said that they never know if an insurance will pay or not for the resin composite filling. If that's the case 1) they should be doing a pre determination then with the insurance BEFORE the service so they can advise you what will be covered which they never did in this case, and 2) they should be letting patients know that they may have a higher out of pocket cost for that type of filling. When I called, they refused to assist me in anyway, were completely rude, and even though I have been a patient for years, they refused to do anything about the charge when they epically failed to advise me on my options as a patient.

I had a similar issue when I received implants at this office and had to argue over charges they never told me about then. This is clearly a pattern and frankly is completely dishonest and I believe a purposeful way for them to make more money.
Honestly, the dentists and hygienists there are not that great either - the past two cleanings were so fast (and one done by the dentist) that my teeth didn't feel clean afterwards. I also got crowns after the implants were placed that didn't match my tooth color and don't fit properly. Save yourself money and hassle and find another place to go! I am filing a grievance with my insurance company against them.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
