They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
