My son was at school on Tuesday 10/4/2016. There was a visiting mobile dentist on sight that day as well. My son was called out of the gym and told to go see the dentist. The school and the dentist and his staff were to verify that they had the correct child going out to see the dentist. My son wasn't verified by either party. They did x-rays, cleaning his teeth (which caused his gums to swell, because he has caps and they didn't take caution) and did an oral evaluation. I never gave consent for my son to be seen by the dentist in the first place. They didn't have any medical information on him and they didn't have any allergies noted on him, because they had the wrong child the entire time. He was wearing a sticker with the wrong child's name on it that was given to him by the person facilitating the visit. The school provides each child with a name badge that goes around their necks and they are to have them at all times. I was told that because my son's class was on the gym they didn't have their badges on. I spoke with the president of HELP YOUR CHILD SMILE and was told that each person working with the dentist in to ask the child three questions: what is your name, what is your mother's name, and what is your address. The child has to answer at least two of the questions, before any work can be done. No questions were asked at all. My son's name is DaKarlan Banks who is in kindergarten, the child they confused him with has a female named De' Khari Hixson who is in First grade. My name is LaTedra Banks and her grandmother's name is Cynthia Hixson her mom's name is Siearra... Can anyone help me with this? Who is at fault? What can I do???

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money.
