I hate to have to write a bad review but here it is. My first impression of the office was great. Netflix while you are having your teeth done, a Keurig, and DR. Hall does great cosmetic dentistry. MOST of his staff is nice, but a bit incompetent. They never seemed to have my insurance on file, and my bill was always astronomical. I began to get concerned over the quality of care I was receiving when I would go to have a tooth fixed, and only one part of the tooth would be fixed. I had to spell it out that I wanted ALL the cavities in the tooth fixed, not just one. Secondly, I had to get two root canals while seeing him regularly. The first one was a filling he redid, the second was a super bad cavity he missed DESPITE me coming to his office in excruciating pain... he did not do an xrays, just a visual exam and said there was nothing. About two weeks later I went to him again in even worse pain, and the cavity was so bad, I had to have a root canal the next day. Despite having a mitrovalve prolapse, he refused to pre-med me. Since this happened, I have not wanted to have any more teeth filled by him, I was concerned that I could end up needing more root canals, BUT I did need some work on my front teeth (cosmetic) and he does a great job, so I decided to go see him again (against my family's advice). I was late for my appointment. I am certain my card said 11:20, and I was there at 11:28. I apologized for being late, and waited.... and waited... and waited. After about 30 minutes, of waiting, I got up and told them I needed to reschedule - I had to be somewhere by 12:30, and I was also concerned that he was going to rush and do a sloppy job as has happened before (I have often waited 30+ minutes for a 10 minute visit). The older woman at the front desk got furious and told me I was late to my appointment, that it had been at 11:10 (I still cannot find my card but I'm positive it said 11:20) and they usually would have canceled my appointment. I apologized and said it was ok, just to reschedule me. She was livid as if it was a personal offense to her and demanded I pay a $40 cancellation fee. At this point, I was pretty upset. I've spent thousands at this office... not to mention the cost of the root canals I had to get....I have waited extremely long times to see the Dr, never once complaining... and now they were going to charge $40? I told her ok, but I was finding a new dental office. She then said she would waive the fee this once. I was through. I said ok and left. Needless to say, I'm never going back.
