Dr. Val is very unavailable. It takes several weeks or months to get an appointment with her. I was told at her office that she "has a lot of afternoons off to go golfing with the kids." Despite the fact that her office called me to tell me of a problem that needs attention, she remains unavailable, & I am expected to wait 2 months for something as simple as a referral to a surgeon. It seems clear to me that this Dr. has no interest in my care. She even tried to blame Obamacare patients for taking up all her time, even though Obamacare doesn't go into effect until next year. I requested a simple phone call to obtain the surgeon referral, to which I have gotten no response. I have been waiting a week.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
