I WAS a paitent under Dr. Weiss for approx 3 years. He was very nice to your face but when something showed up wrong and they took me off all of my Thyroid meds to do further testing the only person I could talk to was his nurse. His nurse was very nice but could NOT answer question and as the results were coming back to the office, I followed up and told they don't have the results or they lost them or my favorite was I have them here but the Doctor is not here to read them he's in another office. Almost 4 months out of work and all the testing not ONE time did I get a call from Dr. Weiss to answer a question or to see how I was doing NOTHING. As far as I am concerned he is only there for the MONEY he does NOT care about his patients. So I have left the IMA folks and taken my money and loyality elsewhere. I now have a doctor that cares about me and will answer my questions if I have something seriuosly wrong. Warning to all you folks.....be prepared to manage YOUR own healthcare each and every step of the way with him so your stuff is not lost or I didn't get is your answer....Funny thing one of the testing places said "I have this trouble all the time with them so here is the lady's name that had your results in her hand and the date and time I sent it"! Get names and numbers when you are having testing cause you will have to call them to get your results fax over and over! BEWARE

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was so incredibly happy with the extreme friendliness of this doctor. It's something I look for in health care providers and found it here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
