The staff was quite condescending - challenged most remarks we made; the doctor was nicer but stern. My parent is having some issues following starting a new med, so am presently awaiting a call back from this doctor. Response time will probably determine whether we revisit. Definitely not a warm fuzzy experience... although I believe the doctor is probably quite good.

Very disappointed in the provider. Extremely rude and not caring. She does not listen to the patient's needs. She thinks her words are final and tries her best to make the patient feel inferior and as stupid as possible. DO NOT SEE HER!! I can't believe Mima would even have her as a doctor. I feel sorry for her patients that need someone who cares. Please, see someone else.
