Dr Newman is awesome but dealing with any of his office staff is a NIGHTMARE. His office staff is REDICULOUS! They are not attentive at all. They were left over 10 messages to get a referral to a specialist that Dr Newman wanted me to see and NEVER called me back. It took three weeks to get it and over 10 phone calls. It also took them almost three weeks to return my numerous calls about my MRI results to let me know that i have a BRAIN TUMOR. Then they made me harass them just to get a referral that they requested. Unacceptable care, which is really shameful, because Dr Newman is a great doctor, who listens to his patient and displays real empathy. His office staff is so awful and inattentive that I will NOT be returning..
