Dr Robert Boniadi is fairly attentive and gentle when performing dental care services. However, once I went to the office and a woman (his wife who is also a dentist??) was replacing him. I just went for a cleaning and I left with a ridiculously long list of treatments that I was supposedly in need of. I regularly go to the dentist and how is it possible that all of the sudden I had lots of cavities, I needed a couple of crowns etc etc?? She was obviously upselling their services and I really didn’t like it. But the worse part of that experience came the days after the visit. I had a terrible pain to all my teeth for 3-4 days!! And that was the result of a simple cleaning!! She was so rough on my gums and teeth when cleaning them, that my all mouth was sore for days. I had to take some medicines to deal with the pain and I never never had such a problem before.
I came back later and told the dentist Robert Boniadi what she did to me and he was smiling, and didn’t want to contradict her on her analysis of my teeth, but it was obvious that I didn’t need all that work done. He kind of admit that, but not directly.
Bottom line, I will never go back to the office again.
I just regret not asking for her name.

I visited this dentist because I was lookinf for a FEMALE dentist. When I got to the office, a male doctor was instead of the female one that I was expecting. I tried Dr Boniadi and he was friendly. He did some work on me. The back office was another story. They gave a quote for the work I needed, and I agree to have it done. I paid my portion and after the work was done, I received a not very professional letter (with errors) advising me that the insurance denied payment and I was responsible for the charges. I called them back to let them know that I had paid what they requested on my first visit. Needles to say, I never went back to the office
