I have followed Dr Hicks all over the Phoenix area, even paid his full bill when he was not covered by a change in my insurance. But his move to Northlight has thoroughly upset me. They do not call to remind me of appointments, but they wish me to pay a no-show fee in excess of my normal copay.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They're very flexible with their appointment times. Whenever I want an afternoon appointment, they're able to get me in, and whenever I want a morning appointment, they're able to fit me in as well. It's great not having to rearrange my schedule at all. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain.
