This office was very unorganized. They were always forgetting things during visits. When I called for lab results, I never got a call back. When a bill came in the mail, I called to question it because of how scattered they are, but the lady took a message. The billing department never called back. Called back again and again, no call back, so then I sent a letter in the mail. The lady then called, but it never was resolved. They need to get it together. I found a new place

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
