My mother, 90, has had Dr Ronco for over 20 years and adores him.
I am her daughter, and would like to acknowledge Kayla Macleod, who works with Dr. RONCO, as the best at her job I have had the pleasure of corresponding with. She has gone above and beyond to answer all my questions, responding to my concerns and understanding my mother as a patient.

Julie Kingsbury has been treating my grandparents inappropriatly for months. Her incompitence has caused my grandmother in particular to become incredibly sleep deprived, which has lead to a worsening of her dementia and to at least one fall that I am aware of. My grandmother is 91 years old and has scabies, which Julie has not only diagnosed as dry skin multiple times but also did not treat appropriately when she did finally diagnose the symptoms correctly. Currently she is denying that my grandparents have scabies (they certainly do) and is causing my grandmother to suffer immensely. I have gone as far as getting a malpractice case review from a lawyer. Based on my experience with Julie I am not satisfied an look upon her work with my grandparents as negligent, irresponsible, and incompetent.
