The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. When calling during non-office hours, I was surprised when Dr. Chen answered the phone herself! The office always has time slots to fit in emergency visits daily and when I felt my children needed to be seen we were always scheduled for that day.
