The only reason this is getting a single star is because I cant give it 0 stars.
I have been a patient of Dr,Harrell for a few years. If the staff are having a bad day, you can bet that your going to catch it all. I do not believe that patients should have to get all of their lab results, and keep their charts correct so the Doctor does not get in trouble with the state. The staff does not take vitals half of the time, and they have handled my urine without gloves, while doing a drug test. I have yet to see the Doctor or staff wash their hands. The office is dirty, and the restroom is usually dirty, if you do have soap to wash your hands, you will usually have to let them air dry because there is no paper towel. A month ago I got in an argument with one of the staff, she is always breaking Hippa laws, I called her a name, she said that if I did not apologize to her that I could not get my pain pills filled because she was going to stop it. Dr, Harrell should retire, he is repeating things, getting forgetful, and talks about issues that do not have anything to do with the conversation. If you should say something that Dr Harrell does not agree with, he will cut you off by overpowering the conversation in an attempt to convince you into his way of thinking. A particular staff member has been known to be vindictive. I personally think she altered my urine sample because after having taken my meds, my urine sample came out negative, even for THC (yes I have my medical marijuana card). So now he thinks that I may be selling my pills because it did not show in my urine, which would get me black-balled from getting my meds at all. He does not agree with this form of medicine and would rather I use pills which does not always work and most times makes me feel ill. I will be leaving his office as of today. I would not recommend that anyone should go to him.

Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. Their equipment was old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current. when i made my appointment, i got there and had to wait 2 hours longer than when my appointment was. the staff was not very professional either. they talked real loud, yelled at one point at each other, and i have been waiting for a week and a half to get my medical forum in the mail that i need asap. i will never go back unless it is the last choice i have.
