I am leaving this practice after 7 years. I don't know whether they are too busy, understaffed, or just concerned with making as much money as possible but the personal attention is severely lacking. I can't get the dr to return a phone call about a problem and when finally had the chance to discuss problem - she offered no solution. Very disappointed and would not refer anyone here.

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me.
