very long wait times. average was one hour past appointment time' up to hour and a half. Poor communication and manner. Had appointment with geneticist at Mercy hospital to discuss blood test results, Dr Hoffmans office failed to transfer test results to geneticist or provide them to us but they sure did transfer our insurance info so we could be billed for a worthless appointment. Dont know why this Dr has such high ratings but perhaps Dr Hoffman is so overbooked her staff and office cannot provide adequate care. We have picked a Dr at GBMC and are now pleased with our Dr and level of care.
