I've been going to this doctor for well over ten years now. I never had a problem with him, however this past year or so, whenever I call to make an appointment, I always, always, always get stuck leaving a voice mail. Therefore, nowadays, if I need an appointment, I intentionally press "1" for immunology, because Dr. Hoover has a receptionist that will answer the phone, and Dr. Leong does not most of the time.
I spend about an hour in the actual patient's room each time that I go now. It used to be quicker. I can hear Apollo talking among nurses and other staff in the hall as I patiently wait to be seen.
He does most of the talking; you can get a few words in, but he will quickly interrupt so it's difficult to give a quick 1-2 minute background. Just a couple minutes to explain what's going on.. not a 10 minute conversation, by any means.

Excellent doctor! Listens and spends the time to talk to you. Seems very knowledgable and isn't just trying to schedule frequent follow ups for no reason like some doctors. Very friendly and caring.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
