I called today to make another appointment because I feel like death and was in dire need to see the doctor before it got much worse. The person who answered the phone was disgruntled and when I asked to make an appointment for today she said "We cant, were moving." I asked her to then talk to a nurse and she seemed highly annoyed that I even asked that and replied, " If its an emergency we can page the doctor." Not wanting to further bother her since she seemed so intent on getting me off the phone, I said, "fine, I'll.. click.. she HUNG UP ON ME! As much as I like Doctor Jeff.. its not worth going to him if the staff is going to be more than rude to his patients. This isnt the first time I have had to deal with such rudeness either. I actually did want to talk to the doctor but was never given the chance.

In a way Im glad they are moving. They had the worst waiting room. The color was depressing and unwelcoming. Hopefully this new building will be nicer.

This is not a bash on Doctor Jeff, he is a wonderful caring doctor. Its the staff I am highly upset about.
