The worst customer service I have ever received from support staff at a doctors office. They will not talk to me. They will only text or email. I’ve been waiting two days to get information about transferring my husbands and my records to another doctors office, and just got a response within 15 minutes after texting “I’ll be in today to get the info I need and to hopefully catch the doctor between patient visits” I figured that would get a response. I have asked several times to have the doctor call me. Either Dr Doud doesn’t know I want to talk to her and her staff is insulating me from her, or she is avoiding an unhappy client.

Watch out for the hidden fees! I received a bill four months after my visit, the first bill mind you, with a note saying I was delinquent and to pay within a few days. Please know I was told at the time of my visit my insurance would cover everything. I called the office and of course no one was able to assist and had wait for a call back.
